The year-end concert given by the Fish Hoek Ladies Choir is a crowd pleaser every year and this Sunday, November 24, at the Fish Hoek Methodist Church was no different. The choir is led by Dr Beryl Ensor-Smith, and Michael Greenwood played two cello interludes. The concert is the last on the choir’s list and this year they were given a standing ovation at the end of their encore. The repertoire shifts between classic pieces, musicals and songs with substance from a range of sources. Afterwards the choir members and audience met and mingled over tea and cake.
