With reference to Steve Reid’s column (“Vaccination site a lesson in customer service,” Echo June 24) about his experience at Lentegeur Hospital.
I had my vaccination at our local False Bay Hospital – what a pleasure.
From the time I arrived to the time I left, about half an hour, I was treated with the utmost courtesy.
Plus I was a “walk in”. I totally recommend our local hospital.
