Each morning there is a bit more of a nip in the air. As a recent addition to Fish Hoek, I was amazed to see how many homeless people there are in our little area, sleeping wherever they can find shelter.
They don’t beg or make a nuisance of themselves.
I would like to ask the community of Fish Hoek, Simon’s Town, Sun Valley and Kommetjie to please donate whatever you may have to help these people through this winter – sleeping bags, clothes, old duvets, blankets, tinned food, anything you can spare.
