Police say an inquest has been opened for investigation following the discovery of a body of a 73-year-old man at Muizenberg Beach on Friday, August 17.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Noloyiso Rwexana says no foul play is suspected.
It’s believed he may have suffered a heart attack.
The identity of the man has not been released.
