For the first time, all the talents of Marina da Gama residents were on show at the Marina da Gama Recreational Club, during the launch of what will become a regular monthly market. On Saturday, April 1, there was a new sort of game on the club’s tennis courts, as residents hunted down bargains and other residents showed off their talents, from painting to jewellery making. There were hand-made bags, food stalls, crocheted goods, remarkable mushrooms and wooden toys. Cat lovers had a stall to themselves and everyone had a good time chatting.
