Hounds of the surrounds and their people filled the Muizenberg Festival Dog Show with happy smiles and wagging tails on Saturday October 15. The show drew out winners in the best friends competition, prettiest dog, most handsome, best trick, fastest dog and cutest puppy, and best dog and owner lookalike competitions, among others. There was a great assortment of breeds from Chihuahua to Great Dane, dogs in skirts, bowler hats and pig tails. Funds raised by the show were donated to Mdzananda Animal Clinic and the Animal Welfare Society of Cape Town.
