Ocean View Secondary School pupils will be showcasing their talents with the production of an English and Afrikaans drama called Drome in die Sand. The show will be staged in the school hall on Wednesday August 2 and Friday August 4.
Simon Bruinders, the playwright of Drome in die Sand and author of Die Sideboard and A Handful of Earth, will be at both shows. On August 2, at 4pm, the production will be free for old age homes. Director for the show is Alex Gibaud from Helen O’Grady Youth Drama, the actors are all Ocean View pupils. Tickets are R30 each.
