Fondazione Labia, the charitable arm of Casa Labia Cultural Centre in Muizenberg, and Reach for a Dream are giving 10 teenage girls with life-threatening illnesses the opportunity to be a queen for a day, with a day of pampering at Casa Labia on Heritage Day, Tuesday September 24.
