Sisters, Kaileigh Ceanna, 7 and Aleaha Dominique, 5 de Lange participated in the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) Shavathon last weekend by having their hair cut and donated to Cansa for wigs. Losing one’s hair is a common side-effect of cancer treatment so shaving your head has become a symbolic gesture of support for those with cancer.
