Evelyn Lyle of the Fish Hoek Photographic Society took a picture of the empty Fish Hoek Beach on Sunday April 19, day 24 of the lockdown. “There are no cars, no trains, nobody out for Sunday lunch, no people on the beach eating ice cream, no children in the playground, no swimmers, all safely at home. Hopefully we will all be back sometime soon in our new normal,” she said.
