It was sugar and spice and all things nice during a fund-raiser for the Emma Animal Rescue Service (TEARS) at Jays Cafe last week. The morning was filled with with a pomegranate seed oil workshop, fragrances, cup cakes and lucky draw prizes and raised R767 for Tears. Tears operations manager Mandy Store said they sterilised up to 40 animals a day in the far south and the money raised would help with operational costs.
