I was in one of Mavis’s Fit Walk classes held on the sports field of a primary school in Westville, Durban in the mid-1990’s. She was well known as the Galloping Granny for all her notable achievements.
So to you, too, Mavis, my sincere thanks for your forget-me-not- blessings.
