I am a 66-year-old disabled man, and my faith in good service was rewarded by a company, ET Nice, manufacturers of electric garage door motors. The motor stopped working shortly after the expiry of the guarantee, and I sent the company an email voicing my unhappiness. They telephoned the following day, although it was a Sunday and within a few days renewed all the faulty parts, gratis.
I would like your readers to know that there are still companies that give good, efficient service, invaluable to people like myself who without them would be stuck.
A modern company with real values for people – very rare in my experience.
