I wish to thank the unknown scholar who was so kind to carry me on his back across the railway lines at Muizenberg station on Tuesday January 21.
Metrorail decided to transfer the Cape Town to Fish Hoek train to platform 1, while I was waiting on platform 2 where it usually arrives.
He saw me waiting and jumped down picking me up and carrying me across, to the amusement and clapping of other scholars. Luckily I don’t weigh much. He saved me waiting another hour.
May God bless him for his kindness to an elderly lady.
