Water supply in the Fish Hoek area will be disrupted on Wednesday February 16, from 9am to 4pm.
The City’s water and sanitation department will be completing construction work on the main water supply to Fish Hoek and the following areas will be affected: Kommetjie Road, 19th Avenue, Peter Creese Way and Simon’s Town Main Road.
Mayoral committee member for water Zahid Badroodien said careful consideration had been given to the planning of this work to ensure minimal disruption to the water supply in the affected areas.
“‘The City regrets the inconvenience caused and appreciates residents’ cooperation during this time.”
Residents should store water in clean sealed containers for use during this period and keep their taps turned off.
