The Water and Sanitation Department will be performing essential work on the water infrastructure that will result in the disruption of the water supply in the San Michel, Fish Hoek and Noordhoek areas on Tuesday June 11 from 7pm until midnight.
The department says the maintenance will significantly reduce the occurrence of pipe bursts and subsequent water losses.
Residents in the affected areas are advised to store water in clean sealed containers for domestic use during this period and to keep their taps closed to prevent water loss and/or damage when the water supply is restored.
