A big thanks to Doug, Lizzie and Daan who I think of as litter saints.
At 6am every morning, you will find Doug and Lizzie on Clovelly-Fish Hoek beach with a big bag, each cleaning up plastic litter so that the rest of us can enjoy a pristine beach.
Three times a week, Daan cleans the Clovelly wetland of dog poo and litter. A big thank you to the three of you. What we as the public can do is ensure there is as little as possible for you to pick up.
