I refer to the article in the Echo “ Fibre Fail keeps businesses on the hop,” Echo October 14.
I had Webafrica as an internet service provider (ISP) with Frogfoot providing the service to the home until February when I almost had a meltdown trying to get satisfactory service (“Fibre fail keeps businesses on the hop,” Echo October 14).
I switched to Wibernet, which also use Frogfoot to provide the service to the home, but, for an additional R200 a month, I have a backup 10MBPS wireless link. Absolute peace of mind.
I work from home as a consultant and my wife has an international English school, which she runs from home. For international students, it is imperative that there is a reliable internet service. A big thumbs up to Wibernet.
By the way, with Wibernet you speak to a person and don’t need to communicate through WhatsApp messages or leaving voice messages.
