Despite relatively strong winds over the weekend, these cyclists cruise comfortably through Simons Town during Sundays big race.

Whether using hands, feet, or both, if it gets you over Suikerbossie Hill, its all good.

Right: If it takes a little help to get by, then so be it. More than 30 000 riders entered this years Cape Town Cycle Tour, which was won by New Zealander Sam Gaze in 2hr39min42sec. Cherise Willeit won the womens race, which started in Fish Hoek, in 2hr16min11sec.
