Schools from across the city took part in the recent Villager Schools Sevens rugby tournament, at Brookside, in Claremont. Traditionally the final event of the school rugby calendar, The two-day event draws crowds from across the peninsula, providing a platform for fleet-footed players of the less bulky type to showcase their talent and express themselves with ball in hand or in defence of course.
