Police are investigating a case of attempted murder after a Fish Hoek man was shot three times in Sunray Road on Monday September 25.
Fish Hoek station commander, Colonel Jackie Johnson, said it appeared that the man had been targeted after withdrawing from a business deal.
She said the man was shot in his driveway while sitting in his car.
After being shot, he reversed his car out of the driveway in an attempt to escape his attackers. The man then exited his car and made his way to a garage on the Main Road where he collapsed. Emergency services were on the scene shortly afterwards and the man was taken to Groote Schuur Hospital for treatment. According to posts on social media, the man survived the shooting. Colonel Johnson said his car was returned to him. No arrests have been made and the investigation is on-
