The Greenpop Foundation, a non-profit organisation, joined pupils and teachers from Generation School in Imhoff and Scarborough residents to plant 600 plants in a new fynbos rehabilitation garden, outside the Scarborough Biodynamic Centre, on Monday October 5, as part of Greenpop’s Fynbos for the Future programme.
“Everyone left with dirty fingernails and happy hearts, knowing their actions contributed to combating habitat loss in this Cape floral kingdom we call home,” said Greenpop’s Deon Knoetz. Visit www.greenpop.org for more information.
