The Tokai Lions Club has donated R2500 to the Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa (CHOC) in memory of member Alison Louw, of Kommetjie, who lost her four-year battle with cancer in April. Meanwhile, the Alison Louw Baby Beanie Project is aiming to collect 1000 beanies for babies in need. To help, contact Roma Elias at 072 246 7027 or Estelle Appleby, Alison’s sister, at 082 557 8378, or search for The Alison Louw Baby Beanie Project on Facebook.
