It is with sadness that I write this letter because on Wednesday April 24, I lost my hero – my father, Mogamat Noor Anthony.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of False Bay Hospital for their professionalism and kindness.
Thank you for the care you showed my father in his last days.
I would like to thank the nurse on duty the night my father passed on. Thank you for allowing us to spend the last few hours with my dad.
A special thank you goes to Dr Graham Kempe at the out-patient department at False Bay. Thank you, doctor, for the kind way you met with my father at his appointments.
Thank you for your compassion and care. We appreciate all you did for him. Thank you, False Bay Hospital.
